Emailnery email is sent using the HTML format. In plain english that means it is email with graphics (colors and images). Thats what makes it look great.
But, HTML email may be recieved as SPAM and routed to a recipients SPAM folder.
To fix this, tell your friends and colleagues to go directly to their Gmail, Yahoo, MSM, Comcast.net, etc. webmail page and add your email address to their contacts. This tells the SPAM filters to route your email to their Inbox.
Recipients must go to the webmail page on the email service providers site (Gmail, Yahoo, MSM, Comcast.net, etc.) and add your contact there.
Example: John has a Gmail account. He manages his Gmail email using Apple Mail on his MacBook Pro laptop. Your Emailnery email is routed as SPAM by Gmail and sent to the SPAM folder. It never makes it to John's laptop. John goes to Gmail.com, logs-in, goes to his SPAM folder (clicks the "Spam" link in the left sidebar), selects your email, and then selects the "Add [Recipients Name] to Contacts list" item from the 'Reply' menu (top-right).
Only image (JPEG, PNG, and GIF) files can be attached to email sent using Emailnery and the stationery feature in Apple Mail (as of the date this post was made).

To customize simply select your customization option and continue with checkout. After purchase, login and click the "Customize" tab on your account page and upload your logo file. To access your files (when they are ready), login and click the "Downloads" tab to download and install your customized Emailnery.
Logo customization requires a 'vector' format file of your logo. We cannot use more common bitmap formats like JPEG or GIF files. A graphic designer can typically provide (if they created the original logo), or create a vector file for you.
IMPORTANT: Logo files submitted must be compatible with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop CS4 edition.
